Reconditioned or remanufactured 100T and 135T locomotives designed for safe one man crew operation utilizing Toshiba TLC and Cattron Radio Remote Controls.
Engine options are Detroit Diesel, Cummins or Caterpillar ranging from 450hp to 1000hp.
Our locomotives are exempt from Tier 0,1, and 2 Federal EPA requirements.
Units are available meeting all FRA safety requirement for short line operation including ditch light and FRA glazing.
New engine, alternator, wiring, PLC Radio Remote Control, wheels and compressed air dryers. Reconditioned traction motors, truck frames, axles and reversing contactors.
Remanufactured unit has new cab and hood. Reconditioned unit has reconditioned cab and sheet metal.
Andress Engineering also offers Trackmobile^®, hydraulic railcar indexers, cable pullers and capstans.
